Todd Richardson Named CEO of EDGE Mentoring

INDIANAPOLIS – Oct. 25, 2019 – Experienced executive, Todd Richardson, named as CEO and Board member of the nation’s premier whole-person, intergenerational mentoring organization, EDGE Mentoring.

The Board of Directors of EDGE Mentoring is pleased to announce that Todd Richardson has been hired to serve as CEO of EDGE Mentoring.  

Richardson is taking over for Dave Neff, EDGE Mentoring’s first employee and CEO.  Neff has decided to return to the private sector in an executive role. 

“Leading EDGE the past six years has been the most rewarding experience of my career and I’m excited to pass the baton to Todd as I return to the private sector. I am looking forward to continuing to support EDGE and the important work they do around whole-life intergenerational mentoring,” said Neff.

The hiring of Richardson caps an already successful 2019 for EDGE Mentoring. Thousands of people over 48 states are involved in EDGE|Groups or have attended an EDGE|Event. The launch of EDGE|Work was announced at the recent EDGE|X conference and a number of organizations have committed to be part of the program’s first cohorts. EDGE Mentoring will continue to expand its service offerings in 2020 and beyond.
