EDGE Leadership Development Programs (formerly EDGE|Work) are intentionally designed for emerging and developing leaders to participate in immersive cohort experiences that leverage community, professional coaching, and best-in-class curriculum that culminates in a formal certification.
EDGE Offers Two Best-in-Class Leadership Development Programs
A 6-month program intentionally designed for emerging leaders to meet bimonthly in cohorts of 5-7 participants with professional coaches trained to establish a strong directional foundation in key areas of early leadership, including:
A 3-month intensive program for Compass graduates with weekly live instruction, professional coaching, and peer feedback to help graduates stay sharp as they advance in their personal lives and careers. Curriculum topics include:

What Emerging Leaders Can Expect
Cohorts include diverse groups of 5-7 emerging leaders under the guidance of an EDGE-certified professional coach. Cohorts meet virtually to work through proven curriculum in the following key areas of leadership:
CAREER PLANNING & MAPPING
Life Design Lab
EDGE partners with the Life Design Lab, which applies design thinking to tackling the “wicked” problems of life and vocational wayfinding.
At the conclusion of the initial 6-month Compass program, participants earn a credential for EDGE|Emerging Leaders Program, certified by Butler University Executive Education.
