How we work

The EDGE team is based out of Indianapolis, IN with an engaged, fast-moving, and remote-first team. We have a core team of 7, seen here, and work with lots of contractors to expand our reach and effectiveness.

If you’re looking for a green-field, collaborative, and exciting environment to hone your skills and develop new ones – EDGE is the place for you. Our employees are empowered to make decisions, take part in the ideation process, and play a big role in helping EDGE scale for the future.

There are many opportunities to engage with the team together in person through coworking spaces in Indianapolis, quarterly team offsites, and virtual collaboration weekly via zoom and slack.
